That theory of Philip Zelikow is high-sounding, that seems a lot was said but a little was meant
.  Things in the world all the time are not about with or without, but about how many, already, 
or not yet. Education is not something supreme that monopolizes moral standard or glory to a nat
ion.  Good ducation works to open one's mind to all wisdom of mankind of whaterver nations & to 
sympathize people at the lower social hierarchy.
